Automatic manipulator
The manipulator can accomplish the mould moving, flask turning,
transporting, locking mould all together. While lift adopts hydraulic
drive, the positioning adopts rotary encoder control, that ensure a
stabilized operation and an accurate lift position; To ensure the
accurate locating, the walking adopts Direct-coupled gear motor driving;
The opening and closing is driven by the hydraulic cylinder and the
turnover is controlled by the rack and pinion swing type hydraulic
cylinder.
